WE here in the US cared nothing as thousands and thousands of jobs left for China.....now, we are in Apple's face! Why not every company and every store that sells Chinese products?Could it be Apple is a convenient target?Look around your lives, EVERYTHING or nearly all is manufactured in places for cheap labor...why not condemn it all?

An incentive for American companies with hordes of cash over seas is to allow them to repatriate that cash in exchange for bringing back to the US at least 50% of the jobs now being done by foreigners.....This would have to be a permanent rule.

Would not suprise me if top management is probably reporting 46 hour worker workweeks to corporate, working them 66 hours and paying them only for 46 hours, then the big bosses are pocket the difference money.

It's hilarious when Westerners compare their working conditions to that of the Asians. Why do you think there are lines around the corners for these jobs?? At least they have jobs and aren't relying on the BO hopey changey thing to work for them!!

So you feel American citizens should be glad to have a job that pays $2.00 hour? And if they did take this $2.00 hr job, how could they hope to provide shelter and food for their family? The reason Asian workers can survive on these $2.00 hr jobs is because their government completely controls the economy.

The reason Asian workers can survive on these $2.00 hr jobs is because their government completely controls the economy. << so untruethey look for other jobs or go on extended working hours and the government does not completely control the economy. they are all forced to live on meager means.

I wonder when Apple checks these out if it includes the Chinese Cultural aspect of 'saving face' - where no one will admit wrong...
